Orders are shipped within two business days from the time we receive them. We will order out-of-stock items (may not apply to sale items) and ship them separately from the rest of your order, with no extra shipping charge to you. Allow an extra week for out-of-stock items.

Repair Services
Footloose and Fancy offers a full service Birkenstock repair facility.
If you need your shoes or sandals repaired, just send them in and include your daytime phone # and we’ll get you a quote on your repairs and then do the work:

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, within 30 days of receipt, you may return original-condition merchandise with original packaging to Footloose & Fancy for exchange or refund.
